Teaching the Yoga Teachers
Aspiring yoga practitioners are invited to join the 4th Annual Festival of Yoga, taking place at Evason Hua Hin in Thailand. Two training programs are being introduced to provide yoga practitioners and wellness enthusiasts with the necessary skills to teach yoga and initiate them on the path of development through self-exploration.
The 28-day Yoga Teachers Training Program, June 2 to 29, 2017 is designed for yoga teachers and practitioners looking to deepen their understanding of the yogic practices and imparting the training on individual and group levels. Certified by Yoga Alliance (USA) and suitable for all levels, the program will be taught in a structured academic module for the period. The program will include the following:
- Tuition 200 hours
- Yoga Teacher Manual
- Practical sessions (110 hours)
- Yoga philosophy (30 hours)
- Teaching methodology (25 hours)
- Teaching practices and evaluation (13 hours)
- Evason Room for 28 nights (options to upgrade)
- Half board with soft beverages at meal times
- Three hours of spa treatments
- Welcome gift

For those with less time to spare, a six-night Yoga Retreat from June 17 to 22, 2017 aims to deliver 16 hours of tuition while staying in an Evason Room on a half board basis plus two hours of spa treatments. Single: USD 1,210 / Double: USD 1,990.
The 4th Annual Festival of Yoga will be led by Acharya Vinay Chaitnya, who was initiated into the yogic discipline by Acharya Ghanendra Kaushik and blessed by the revered guru Shri Rudranath ji of Himalayas in yogic and tantric traditions. He completed his teacher training at the Yoga Vidya Gurkul in Nasik and also holds a Master’s Degree in Yogic Sciences from the University of Sanskrit in Rishikesh. His teaching method is based on an understanding of each student before teaching them to master the alignment and accuracy of every element of yoga practice. Vinay has worked for many years at world number one destination spa, Ananda in the Himalayas, before opening his own yoga ashram in Rishikesh, the birthplace of yoga.
